Data blocks sent to the NetSDR from the host are a fixed size containing a 4 byte address, followed by “Flash

Programming Page Size“ bytes of data with the 2 byte data item 0 header.

Example, to program a block of data at address 0x12345 in the NetSDR flash. Assume the flash programming page

size is 256.

The host sends this: 2 hdr bytes + 4 address bytes + 256 data bytes = 262 bytes

The NetSDR responds after programming the block into flash with:

[03][60] [00]

The host can now send another data block after receiving the ack message from the target.
